Erm...those are Pipevine Swallowtails and they're not particularly endangered UNLESS we're talking about a west-of-the-Rockies population in particular. Such is the case of western Monarchs, which are more endangered than eastern Monarchs. But where all American monarchs are concerned, they're ALL endangered. Not so Pipevine Swallowtails.
Oh, and another point of information: you can't plant fauna unless the fauna is already dead. :-}}
It's flora that one plants while expecting it to grow.
