With Biden at the helm I feel pretty confident that whatever scheme they’ve already initiated will be foiled.
Everyone has to vote. And vote for the party that encourages you to vote.
Last week (I think) Trump said his crowd doesn’t have to vote. They’ve got plenty of votes.

And I have to say, every time I've made that point, it's been to a white woman who's already stressed out and pretty much incapacitated from deep political activity. So I feel hopeless sometimes. There are poll watchers for democracy. I've done it, working for state Democratic party, observing what goes on inside and outside polling places. We were trained to learn what to look for. There was a team of
lawyers on call across the state to answer questions, to advise, and to take immediate action when irregularities occurred. It was incredibly rewarding being on the front line, protecting voting rights.

Now, I think that's nonsense — Did he fix any problems in his first term? Any at all? — But it doesn't seem likely to me that he's boasting about his plans to eliminate American democracy. Curtis Yarvin wants that, maybe a handful of other Americans, but it's just not a promise that will win him any significant number of votes.

@KarenStrickholm @chemoelectric @birdpoof
Beef liver is perfectly fine -- so long as it's sourced appropriately, and cooked correctly. You can't just cook on low and let it sit there for a while, you have to cook a proper liver on medium-high. after soaking it in milk (possibly buttermilk!) to soften it, and then serve with mushrooms and onions which have also been cooked on high. That's if you're not breading it, of course, which has its own method of prep.

WAY too many people turn their liver into boot leather and then complain that it's inedible!

That sure was clear imo when he floated Hunter Biden's name at last night's rally. He's desperately looking for attacks that will resonate and gain traction with his supporters that will also help drive media's narrative as well is sure seems.

@aburtch @mjj @davidaugust People make the mistake of thinking of what Trump does as incoherent rambling. It's really more like stream-of-consciousness riffing.
