The liberation of the upper class from their experience and culture free gilded cages need to be a core part of class struggle. Breaking straight people free from the shackles of an enforced monoculture of reproduction and subservience have to be part of the LGBT movement.
A feminism without the understanding that also freeing men from crushing gender norms is critical will miss the mark inevitably.

3/3 So finding the pressure point of those that benefit more from an oppressive system as a tactic needs to be a thing in any egalitarian project. Because there is no system like it without the enslavement of all within it. Some suffer less under it, but they still suffer.
My point is pretending someone is an active enemy is attractive, but its a losing tactic. Revenge is a human urge, but at best its only a changing of the guards but the prison still stand.

Guess who had no issues when I went out this morning? AwesomeSean!

I think the key is having full food dishes in the kitchen when I go out and making sure he sees it. I'd not been doing free-feeding with them before as they weren't great at self-regulating at the start. But I think the combo of "oh god she's left AND there is no food and I'm gonna starve" was just a bit too much for him.

I'd rather they eat a little too much than have a panic if I leave.

And I have to show off my brother's low tech but very effective method for keeping the cupboards shut - he did some measuring and just found cabinet handles on Amazon that we just hung over the cupboard handles. Keeps them shut, and we can get them on & off easily to get into said cupboards.

Bonus: If Jorge tries to break in, they rattle so I know what he's up to.
A shot of our kitchen cupboard handles and the securing method we are using to keep Jorge out. There are the two vertical handles that are attached to the cupboard. There is a third handle that is hung over the bottom loops of the vertical handles. The third handle has two pieces on each end that hang far enough down that the cupboards can't be opened.
