'Restricting the flow' is not the same as a leak.

And how did this elementary bit of engineering elude everyone for several months, unless it was the result of skimping on costs? (Not unlike the quake-resistant plates on the new span of the SF-Oakland Bay Bridge, which were defective because of lowest-bidder steel from China ... yet the construction firms and CalTrans executives all got bonuses for coming in under budget and finishing early.)

My kids are grownups in their thirties and doing very well. It’s just sometimes I just want them back home with us all the time. They were such interesting kids to raise . Very different from each other in nearly every way- made for interesting times but I loved that they were each their own person. Now they are pals and one of them is a fabulous aunt to the other’s baby. I just want them to be babies again right now. They win you over and then they leave. Kids. Damn.
