I volunteer at an IT club. The pensioners know they don't know much and are usually timid but have the time to learn.

The young seem to be fearless but are often utterly clueless and aren't aware how clueless they are!

Assuming people grew up with IT and know it is a mistake companies and politicians make all the time...

As a millennial programmer, I find it almost mind-blowing that younger generations don’t really know what files or directories are. Don’t they organize stuff on their phones or in the cloud? Such is progress, I guess 🤔
