No diasporg accounts either. It appears that Diaspora in general isn't as federated as it looks. Attempted to look up [email protected] and @earendil too; struck out.

My reply is written via a Friendica account, so I'm familiar...looks like to get the best of both worlds in the Fediverse, both accounts are required. I'm wondering why I stuck with Diaspora so long because after seeing how big Friendica and Mastodon are, it's like Diaspora is on its own small moon-sized planet. Were it not for a handful of favorite people still on Diaspora, I wouldn't miss it or its collection of bugs one bit.
