Despite out mild climate we also have weather up & downs! Sunny today but cool more rain over the weekend.

We started getting some dry graupel and then some really fluffy stuff during the past hour.

The weathermen are also bipolar. Ours keeps saying: It could this, but then it also could do that or something else altogether.

I’m sure you have your own rollercoaster @Donna McClure. Ours just seems to have bigger dips.

I made this doll head from polymer clay many years ago. I had intended for it to be used for a doll playing a miniature French Horn. Mrs F had other ideas, as is often the case, and turned my symphony orchestra member into a very regally clothed princess with an eminently suitable frog.

Yes, our weather does have the rollercoaster, maybe not the extremes yours has @Katherine Bond. When I was out & about in the breezy, sunny day yesterday some of the hills in Lake County still have snow on them. I'm sure it is frozen since we have had cold, frosty nights.

I think we need another princess/bullfrog combo playing polkas om accordion and sousaphone, respectively. The princess should be rather buxom with arms long enough to accommodate the extenuating circumstances.

@Katherine Bond I think the freezing temperature with heavy frost is mostly what makes it cold. I couldn't see any of the places that might still have snow while on my walk. Today is so nice I'm sure that more of it is gone. The walk was great a little breezy which was good. At the moment I'm very warm!

There is a small town near me that has an accordian festival. It is surprising how well attended it is.

There was a time when the accordion was the instrument in my state and on tv. I kind of like the sound, if you know what you’re doing.

I swear everyone learned “Lady of Spain” first.

I cannot even speculate on what that might be.

The topper seems to be a wee pointy crown as befits a crafty princess. It may have been something else in a previous life. Who knows what it might have been afore being kissed? As the frog can attest, once you've been kissed all proper like by a princess, you stay kissed.

It kinda' looks like the hand bell that Sister Mary Himmler used to use to get all the little Nazis-in-training off the playground and back into their classrooms in my Catholic school daze.

Meh... I was rarely in danger (from other children). I was the big kid that the little kids would give their lunch money to in trade for me protecting them from the bullies.

Nyuck-Nyuck... truth be told, I mostly did it for free because I never could stand bullies.

As it sits above the head, snuggled among the curls, it might have a bottom that protrudes slightly and allows it to be like a spinning toy top, pirouetting until slowing down and taking a bow. This may predate spin the bottle as a means of precise prognostication. Which frog shall it be, eh?
