今年上半年和19年下半年都分别在同个城市的三甲公里医院做过一次小手术，所以很有对比意义。

19年那次还没有集采药，术前谈话医生还是积极推荐进口麻醉药的，好像是百来块钱，效果很好没啥副作用，下了手术就能吃喝了，同病房也有用国产的，但也不是几块钱的便宜货，好像也要几十块，没听说谁效果不好，副作用特别强烈的。

今年，医院完全被集采药占领，术前谈话我要求用进口的麻药，完全自费不能报销也想用，答曰根本没有自费选项，通通都要用集采麻药，后来看明细，一支只卖几块钱。从手术室出来，吐的一塌糊涂，胃酸都吐出来了，第一天在医院观察打了点葡萄糖。第二天出院只能吃点大米粥，第三天才能吃点正常的食物，而且问了两三个病友，都一样“副作用”强烈。

我就琢磨为啥自费也不许用进口麻药，就是怕病患之间互相比较啊！19年的时候，医院就算采购了国产麻药，那也是合格的至少60分的，还能报销；而进口麻药百来块钱全部自费，就算国产麻药有些小“副作用”，患者们比较一番也就捏着鼻子就认了。

而今年这破集采麻药，如果跟进口麻药比那就太惨烈了，连根以前基本合格的国产麻药都不能比，所以干脆不给你用进口麻药、互相对比的机会！呵呵，算计起来老百姓的时候可真是啥细节都想到了，智慧地很哪！

集采药这个事，我左思右想只要你不是能用上特供医疗的天龙赵家人。甭管你是底层普通打工人、还是IT大厂P7、P8，或者躺赢的土著拆迁村民，甚至政府的小公务员，进了医院都是一样砧板上的肉，就算你是医护，也一样要用这些破药，真是某种意义上实现“平等”了呢！

（明细上的名字就是这个麻醉师说的几块钱的“丙酚泊”，19年几百块钱的大概是“得普利麻”吧！）

I would love to see congresspeople start to get elected running on a campaign to tax churches and other fake nonprofit organizations. I'm not sure if it's possible though and until that starts happening I worry that just calling for it to happen is one of those things that makes people think anything they think of is possible to happen if "Democrats just cared".

@Edelruth @pg1958 I have no intention of protesting the election. But I'm going to protest and resist the fascist who was legally (tragically) elected.

Will I do it at the inauguration? I'm not sure. My reservation is completely based on *why* I would protest him in the first place: they're going to take names at *minimum* of who is there.

If people go they should assume they'll be treated as a threat.
