Ein neuer Tag.
Wintersonnenwende.
Die Ereignisse unweit von uns machen diesen neuen Tag noch dunkler. Nach allem, was bisher bekannt ist, ist alles nur noch erschütternder… mir fehlen die Worte.
Und doch beginnt auch wieder etwas zu wachsen. Der laue Wind der letzten Tage wehte ein Buchenblatt durch die zeitweise geöffnete Tür… Anfang und Ende. Der Start in DIE Zeit des Jahres, in der das Licht langsam zurückkehrt, menschengezählte Zeit wie Wochentage keine Rolle spielt und alles zueinander findet. Hoffentlich kommen wir zueinander, ohne uns von irren Krawallmachern verirren zu lassen…

My annual advice as someone who turned a disastrous lifestyle around: if you try to start a dozen new habits on January 1st, you will get overwhelmed and fail all of them.

If you have a list of things like “shower every day”, “go to bed before midnight”, “keep up my duolingo streak” etc, pick ONE, the most urgent one that will improve your life the most, and don’t worry about the others until you’ve gotten the hang of it. Build up to your resolutions over the year

During a siege on Jenin, PA security forces killed an unarmed 19-year-old civilian & a 13-year-old child as well as a resistance commander.

Bcz Israel says it doesn't trust the PA to fight Palestinian resistance, many Palestinians believe the PA is attacking the resistance to prove the PA backs Israel.
