Hello close group of internet friends! I have finally finished the draft for the "Creative Coding in Blender" course material and I'd love to know if anyone wants to give it a try. It's solo and self paced little course made to be possible to done in 3 to 5 "sessions". It's not a public thing so please reach out if you want access to it ;)
This is what the course is about:
We are going to explore common creative coding techniques for analyzing and making generative procedural art in Blender. There will be pen and paper exercises, catch up on Blender vocabulary, interpret and recreate visually relevant artworks and sketch new ideas.
It goes through:
- Historical context of generative procedural art
- Analysis of generative artwork
- Designing generative systems
- Basic geometry and shader nodes knowledge (Blender)
