On the other hand, we recently heard a story about Hetzner deleting some virtual servers due to some obscure content reasons, and the admins complaining about an alleged email that they never received and that could no longer be retrieved.

I was on the verge of moving to Hetzner when I read this.

@angel yes, I've read this. I've also read and heard stories about people being rejected as clients or terminated servers.

I have many servers at Hetzner and my experience has generally been good. I've also many servers at OVH and I've had more problems, but they're also more relaxed when something bad happens (misconfiguration, server hack, etc). Which can be both good and bad at the same time
