She wants attention, but she is also upset at something, so the attention needs to be extra gentle. It is hard to navigate, and extra bitey, but I make sure she leaves with a cheered up look on her face

Yesterday the workload let up enough to take time off/go for a walk in daylight. As a treat.

I need to measure and order a lot of cabling to fully hook it up, and it's open topped for now so I can still get JTAG dongles in (firmware isn't quite finished and while I can OTA flash most components, debug/trace access is nice).

But it's off the bench which is great.

My great great grandfather was a German immigrant circa 1865. His son, my Dad’s grandfather, passed on the tradition to my Dad of lightly poking fun at the Domesel (Thomas ass or donkey) in the family who was the last one out of bed on December 21, the Feast of St Thomas and Winter Solstice.
