I woke about 10 minutes ago and have tea brewing for my first morning beverage. Sleep had a lot of dreams about being back where I had lived all my life up until the end of March this year.

But today is a big day, the anniversary of the day last year when Ginza and I started to get to know one another and I would begin trying to lure her into indoors life.

Last year that Thursday morning, July 27th, I had gone to the kitchen to pour a cup of tea. On the way back to the bedroom, I opened the blinds on the front windows and saw Ginza sitting on the sidewalk of the other side of the courtyard. She would sometimes be out there in the mornings, checking things out, looking for small prey...

I don't have any pictures from that first day, I didn't take my phone with me outside, but I will attach a photo from the next day.

Friday, July 28th, Ginza eats wet food from a tea saucer on the sidewalk close to the front door of my apartment. There's a pot of flowers behind her where the sidewalk to apartments intersects with a sidewalk to the parking lot.

The grass to the side of Ginza is thick and wet with morning dew. She doesn't realize it, but she's going to start getting a daily breakfast.

Seeing Ginza out there, I grabbed the bag of treats as I had done before. Outside the front door, I shook the bag of treats and called for her, "Ginza, Ginza, psst, psst, psst!" But prior to that day, I had always had to go to her.

Instead, I saw her turn her head to me, lift her ears, look at me and then she did something new. She stood up on all her legs and began crossing the courtyard, its grass almost drenched in morning dew. She had to lift her paws high.

Ginza came to me that morning the first time ever. I fed her treats and would pet the top of her head and along her spine and I could hear her purring. At times she would go and rub her head against the flowerpot in the toot above with a photo.

I sat down on the step to the front door and she would rub against my shins. I don't know if I explicitly thought it that morning last year, but I felt happy that she had finally come to me and maybe began wondering

Prior to then, I had often watched how Ginza would get a lunch every day provided to her by the elderly gentleman who lived in an apartment on the other side of the courtyard. I observed her at times looking in the front door of his apartment unit and it seemed she almost was wondering what was it like inside.

But a year ago today, that now became the morning routine. Every morning I would try to be ready by around 5 AM to be able to look out the windows and see if Ginza was outside. But even if she wasn't immediately visible, I would still go outside and shake the bag of treats and call for her. There'd soon be mornings when if I did that, she would come running at full tilt, emerging from the hedgerow on the other side of the parking lot.

Ginza is a beautiful cat and she has become one who loves a good cuddle. She often falls asleep beside me at night with my right hand on top of her.

More recently (this video is from last year), he said he supported abortion to end of term. Then he "walked that back" too, after a backlash.

Does he have any idea how our pregnant bodies work? Does he care? Is it in any way important to him? It seems he thinks he's supposed to take a position that pleases the most voters, but he isn't sure what that position is, so he's all over the place.

This issue is critical and i don't think he can handle it.
