Well, it's once again past my bedtime, and I have work in the morning, but the toddler is doing their best Banshee impression right now, so I jot this note in passing
No it makes little sense... I'm tired, okay?
Anyway, my home project for the week is Operation: Flooring, part the second, where I remove some 104 square feet of subfloor (water damage) and replace it, prior to putting down laminate wood flooring
The subfloor in question is an 8x13.5 foot piece that reaches across from the middle of the house out to the wall. The hole will prevent people transiting from the kitchen to two bedrooms (including the master) and the living room
I have acquired the replacement particle board of similar quality and composition (and thickness, which is key), and the area has been cleared
Tomorrow after work, I will be cutting up the damaged subfloor, starting at the wall, and working toward the center... I need to see what's under there and see what additional materials I might need
