The absolutely most wild lost technology that I can think of is the CRT. We no longer have the technology to create new CRTs. In 2013, they were still the most widely produced color display available. By 2016, you couldn't buy one new for any price, only old stock or used and Earth no longer has the means to manufacture a CRT.
