Mona users have no control over that. Readers will just have to go by the number in the thread, or, if that bothers them, skip the post altogether. I've seen the same thing happen with TWBlue. I expect it's a server issue, not an app issue.

So, I spoke to my grandmother and she tried to guilt me for not accommodating her racist outbursts. I explained to her how many things were wrong with that, how she, a white Protestant asking a minority to do the work of accommodating bigotry was delicious, but flat out fucking absurd.
She refused to budge.

Okay, so this is how I know the Zoloft must be working already. My heart is somehow even more broken than before, and I'm not a heaping mess on the floor.

So false advertising is now illegal in Ohio. WTF?!

This reminds me of my shopping trip yesterday. My usual brand of coconut cream wasn't there, and the ones they had all said "coconut cream" in big letters on the front of the tin.

So as usual, I checked the ingredients before choosing one. My usual is about 90% coconut. Some of them had less than 50% and the rest was water (and preservatives).

This reminded me of something that bothers me whenever I have to buy things; how corporations acquire and misuse familiar brand names (ie trademarks). Passing off inferior products as better quality ones, or products imported from half way across the planet as local ones.

Even though the whole point of registered trademarks is to prevent that.
