3/4s of the meals at the #Olympic village are #vegan or #vegetarian. I find that laughable, given that athletes need a lot of high quality protein in order to perform well. Not all proteins are made equal, and nothing is as good as animal protein.

I've had a number of lucid dreams with entities (?) telling me to go vegan. But I don't listen to armchair CEOs from another dimension. When they'll incarnate too, we'll then see what their bodies will need too.
