Dado que tengo un Slimbook, estoy por probar Slimbook OS a ver si el rendimiento del Bluetooth es mejor que en Fedora. Con los cascos conectados a aparatos Apple puedo moverme muchísimo más que cuando los conecto a este equipo, y tengo curiosidad de saber si es por el equipo en sí o por el sistema. Tiendo a pensar que es lo segundo, porque ha habido actualizaciones en las que he alcanzado más rango y luego ese rango se ha acortado con otras.

podría ser el mpdo ahorro de energía? Slimbook tiene un programa para configurar la potencia. Sé que funciona con distribuciones basadas en Debian pero ni idea de fedora. Podrías probar si poniéndolo al máximo te aumenta el rango del BT.
A mí el wifi me iba lento y era porque el chip del wifi se ponía en modo ahorro.
