Quick advice needed! I have a recipe for a breakfast casserole that calls for a can of biscuits. The bottom of my glass casserole dish will be covered with the biscuit dough. Recipe says: cut biscuits lengthwise and pat into pan. Does that mean each is sliced in half like you slice a bagel OR cut the stack in half making crescents? Photo of my dilemma in first comment.

I think you're just using the biscuits like dough. I think it probably doesn't matter. You may not even need to cut them...just press the dough into the bottom of the pan. But I don't know.

Ingredients
• 1 pound sliced bacon, diced
• 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
9 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups small curd cottage cheese
• 1 ¼ cups shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
Step 1
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir bacon and onion until bacon is evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Transfer bacon and onion to a large bowl. Stir in eggs, potatoes, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and Swiss cheese.
Step 4
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until eggs are set and cheese is melted, 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

This would be a truly awesome thing to have in any RPG campaign where you need to weed out the folks who are getting a bit weird about gender roles or identities. (I assume your DM or equivalent has already yeeted the ones who are unpleasantly overt about it.) I totally prefer Peertube over YouTube - especially so since version 7 earlier this week. The main challenge is the content, but that will become less of an issue the coming years as YT will continue shitting the bed.

@douglasvb Assuming a flat horizon, on winter solstice you have to be about 50 miles north of the Arctic Circle to have no sun. Conversely at summer solstice, the sun remains above the horizon for 24 hours to about 50 miles south of the Arctic Circle.
